RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For us at MAMAPLAYSROCK your fulfillment is fundamental.
If for some reason you want to replace the product you purchased, with others of different size or color, an exchange service is provided for free.
In case of withdrawal outside of Italy, the return service costs will be at your expense. Remember that the right of withdrawal can be exercised no later than 14 working days from the date of receipt of the item. In case of an excessive number of returns from the same customer we reserve the right to not accept eventual orders.
The products must be handled and stored with care and then returned in their original state and packaging, keeping all the labels in their position. If you want to replace the products with others of different size or color, an exchange service is provided.
The right of withdrawal is considered to be exercised correctly if the following conditions are met:
- the request must be sent by e-mail to the address mamaplaysrock@gmail.com no later than 14 days after receipt of
the goods, specifying whether the requested service is a return of the product (in which case please let us know the reason for improving the quality of products and service) or exchange - the Products must not have been used, worn, washed, damaged in any way
- the Products must be returned in their original packaging
In case of return, once back at the office, the return will be evaluated by the quality team for subsequent reimbursement, which may take up to 14 working days. In the event of the existence of all the required conditions, you will receive an e-mail accepting the return and we will proceed to the full refund of the purchase made.
Uponpurchase through PayPal: the refund will be made to the buyer’s PayPal account and will be immediately visible; the actual refund to the credit card from the buyer’s PayPal account depends on the institution that issued the card.
Once we receive your request for exchange, you will be contacted to establish the location, date and time to collect it from us and you will be provided with a tracking number to facilitate recognition by the courier.
If, on the other hand, the return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the above conditions, you will be contacted by e-mail and the products will be returned to you; in the event that you refuse the shipment, we reserve the right to retain both the products and the amount corresponding to the purchase price of the same.
